Our mission is to foster recovery and resiliency for individuals and their families in central Nebraska who experience a behavioral health challenge. We provide direct support services and manage a network of organizations providing a comprehensive array of mental health and substance use prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery services for the residents of Central Nebraska. Region 3 also provides and coordinates training activities for the behavioral health workforce and system partners. Additionally, we provide system coordination through a strengths-based, recovery-focused process that brings key stakeholders together in a proactive, collaborative manner to identify and enhance system strengths and develop outcome-based strategies to address gaps and barriers within the service array.
