MISSION Our mission is to utilize the wraparound approach to coordinate supports and services with families who have children/adolescents with serious emotional disorders and to ensure that families have voice and ownership in developing an accessible, comprehensive individualized family support plan. PHILOSOPHY The purpose of the Professional Partner Program is to assist families who have a child/adolescent with a serious emotional disorder. We believe that parents should not have to make their child/adolescent a ward of the state or incur debt to access services. We also feel that children/adolescents should remain in their community. Flexible funding is available to help meet the needs of the family. Flex funds are funds that are available to the child/adolescent and family to create individualized supports that are not traditionally accessible for that need. The Professional Partner uses the "wraparound" process to assist families in building a team dedicated to provide flexible, nontraditional and unconditional care. This team consists of individuals who know the child and family best and are willing to work to help them have a better life. The team will create an individualized support plan that contains a balance of formal and informal community and family resources and supports. The family is seen as the expert regarding their children/adolescents while professionals act as consultants to the family. We are child/adolescent centered and family driven. Acting as partners the family and their team will develop and implement a support plan designed to help the family meet their goals. Click here for the Professional Partner Referral Form
