Mission/Purpose
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is an organization-wide process to achieve ongoing improvement and maintain the quality of services and operations. The CQI Department is responsible for facilitating the assessment of processes to ensure efficient, consistent and cost effective services for both internal and external consumers. This is achieved through the collection and utilization of objective data in order to analyze and improve services.
