Professional Partner Program
Co-op for SUCCESS
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Students must be 14 to 21 years of age.
- Students must meet eligibility requirements for the Professional Partner Program and Vocational Rehabilitation.
- Students are enrolled in Grand Island Public Schools.
- Students are at-risk in school, home, community, or workplace.
- Students are/can be verified with a Mental Health Disorder.
- Students are eligible to receive special services or a 504 plan, in school.
- Students must exhibit a desire to be candidates for full time competitive employment.
- Strong family and/or community commitment and participation shall be agreed to and demonstrated.
