Our mission at Region 3 Behavioral Health Services is to promote optimal wellness by providing community-based education, prevention, intervention and rehabilitation services that are integrated, consumer driven, supportive of cultural diversity, cost effective and accessible.

Our Professional Partner Program mission is to utilize the wraparound approach to coordinate services and supports to families who have children with a serious emotional disorder and to ensure that they have a voice, ownership, and access to a comprehensive, individualized support plan.

The mission of the Regional Center for Prevention is to coordinate and plan for Central Nebraska alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention and to promote healthy lifestyles regarding substance use and abuse through information, education, grant funding, and youth services.

The mission of the Central Nebraska Initiative for Families and Youth is to develop a comprehensive system of care for children and adolescents with serious emotional disorders and their families.
